Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.

| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To provide support in one or more of the following areas: |
| (i) | invigilation |
| (ii) | preparation of documents and |
| (iii) | other logistic support |
| (b) | To handle public enquiries and |
| (c) | To provide clerical and general administrative support service to the office. |
|
| Requirements: |
| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language., Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^OR |
| (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)., Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)OR |
| (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin OR |
| (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation StudiesOR |
| (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |
| . | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC's Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
| ^ | Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |
| (b) | Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing |
| (c) | Meticulous and with good customer service and problem-solving skills |
| (d) | Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua |
| (e) | Good interpersonal and organisational skills |
| (f) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player |
| (g) | Self-motivated and customer-oriented and |
| (h) | Preferably with 2-3 years relevant invigilation/ customer service fields experience. |

| (1) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours or work irregular hours or on shifts, and work on alternative Saturdays. |
| (2) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different locations. |
