To provide support in academic administration for programme planning and related exercises
(b)
To collate figures, compile statistical reports and perform data analysis
(c)
To assist in the operation and maintenance of the Programme Planning Management System
(d)
To assist in handling internal and external enquiries for programme information and statistics
(e)
To perform administrative work relating to human resources, general administration, and facilities management and
(f)
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective operations.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised degree or equivalent
(b)
At least 2 years relevant work experience in educational institutions or comparable organisations
(c)
Strong aptitude for figures and quantitative information, supported by advanced skills in data management tools (Excel, Power BI)
(d)
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills
(e)
Good problem solving, time management and team building skills
(f)
Self-initiative, detailed-minded, willingness to meet challenges and able to work independently and
(g)
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Notes:
(1)
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)
Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment.
(3)
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / work on shift duty.
