We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, demonstrating the ability to engage with customers effectively and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
