Main Responsibilities (but Not Limited To) :
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes in pilot line operations
- Develop process recipe to meet Product Line R&D Test vehicle design into repeatable, scalable, and manufacturable processes in integrated pilot line.
- Define process flows, process parameters, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Plan and execute process trials, DOE (Design of Experiments), and pilot builds
- Monitor process performance, yield, cycle time, and equipment utilization; identify root causes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, equipment, quality, supply chain, and outsourcing partner teams
- Specify, qualify, and support process equipment, tooling, and materials
- Continuously Improve TV manufacturing yield rate.
- Upgrade and recommendation of next on technology & next On pilot line requirement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems (e.g., EHS, ISO, internal standards)
- Manage responsible process test & production timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and process documentation for management and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experiences
- Education: Master's in chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of PCB , IC Substrate process technologies.
- Required: 4+ years in Laser process and oxide process with capability in managing operation, and equipment capability.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, development‑driven manufacturing environment

- Technical & Professional Skills : Process development and optimization, Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC), Yield analysis and root cause analysis, Manufacturing data analysis and report generation , Equipment/process qualification and validation, Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
