About the role:
Engineer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility/property management service delivery system on the client projects. In this capacity, engineer is accountable for:
To plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the FM team. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the resources allocation, balance of manpower, such as personnel, purchasing or administrative services.

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
- Graduate study at HEC LIEGE Executive School with a concentration in Executive Master of Business Administration.
- Undergraduate study at Riverside Community College (CA) with a concentration in Business Administration.
- Undergraduate study at Nanya Institution of Technology (Taiwan) with a concentration in Foreign Language in English and Japanese.
- A minimum of 3-year experience in the corporate real estate, facilities and /or property management industry.
- A minimum of 3-year experience on HVAC E&M maintenance / engineering.
