What This Job Involves:

As a Facilities Technician, you will be an essential member of our Facilities Management team, working directly under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance, operation, and technical support of our client's building systems and equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring optimal facility performance, safety compliance, and delivering the high-quality technical services that meet both JLL's and our client's operational standards.

Routine Maintenance Schedule & Implementation

  • Equipment management, maintenance, and repairs
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety) asset management ()
  • ISO 50001 and ISO 14001:2015 implementation (utility cost tracking and energy consumption assessment) ISO50001 ISO14000:2015 (,)
  • Daily MEP equipment inspections
  • Construction/renovation project supervision and support

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

3-5 years of experience in facilities technical managment

Basic in written and spoken English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
