We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). In this role, you will create engaging technical content, maintain AI documentation, and help drive adoption of our AI platform across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and AI program managers to ensure our knowledge resources are accurate, accessible, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation and short-form content (including videos) to showcase AI platform capabilities.
- Consolidate and maintain AI documentation from multiple sources into a centralized knowledge portal.
- Develop and manage documentation templates, publishing processes, and content standards.
- Promote AI COE resources through internal communication and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with video creation or multimedia content.
- Knowledge of documentation best practices and content governance.
