Responsibilities
1. Support international e-commerce supply chain & logistics scenarios, gain insight into user pain points, promote customer problem solving, optimize troubleshooting tools, and continue to improve customer satisfaction and product experience 2. Track customer usage feedback, collect key information, help the product R&D department filter technology and product issues related to the logistics supply chain, and submit them to product R&D for optimization and repair 3. Continuously learn and improve your own professionalism, work closely with internal front and rear colleagues to improve problem-solving efficiency, and provide professional technical services that satisfy customers and even exceed expectations 4. Optimize and iterate the online problem standard process, formulate problem-handling SLAs, and improve KA problem-solving efficiency and experience.
Qualifications
1. Be familiar with at least one development language, have Web/front-end/mini-program development capabilities or back-end application development capabilities. Applicants with supply chain or logistics experience are preferred 2. Have strong information retrieval, demand mining, data analysis, application and innovation capabilities 3. Have strong empathy and be able to view problems from the perspective of different roles such as users, product development, and customer service, and organize different roles to jointly promote the problem-solving process 4. Be fluent in English, speaking, reading, and writing, and English can be used as a working language 5. Applicants with experience in building or participating in the establishment of the platform Oncall standard process will be given priority.
