Job Description
- Assist field service technicians and sales staff in handling a variety of pre- and post-sales processes
- Provide email and phone support to service technicians to resolve customer issues
- Interdepartmental collaboration with engineering, hardware and software development, and manufacturing
- Telephone and email troubleshooting to correct customer or field service issues or determine appropriate next steps
- Research multiple data bases to determine configurations and correct bill of materials to determine repair or upgrade parts for service related issues and upgrades
