The Role

Buscamos un Technical Solution con experiencia en Appian, responsable de liderar la implantacin y evolucin de soluciones basadas en esta tecnologa dentro del rea de Payments para un cliente del sector bancario de primer nivel.

Responsabilidades principales

• Liderar proyectos end-to-end sobre plataforma Appian, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazos y calidad

• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente, gestionando expectativas y reporting de avance

• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (desarrollo Appian, analistas de negocio, QA, integraciones)

• Definir y supervisar el diseo funcional y tcnico de soluciones basadas en Appian

• Asegurar la correcta implementacin de procesos BPM en entornos crticos de Payments

• Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y posibles desviaciones del proyecto

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de estndares del cliente y buenas prcticas de desarrollo en Appian

Who You Are

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa como Jefe de Proyecto en entornos tecnolgicos, preferiblemente con Appian (gestin de 2/3 personas mnimo)

• Conocimiento slido en Business Process Management (BPM) y modelado de procesos

• Experiencia en proyectos dentro del sector bancario, idealmente en Payments

• Capacidad para gestionar interlocucin con cliente en entornos exigentes

• Experiencia en gestin de equipos distribuidos

• Valorable certificacin en Appian

• Comunicacin efectiva con stakeholders tcnicos y de negocio
