Job description
We are now seeking Technical Manager - M&E services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with sales team to define needs, evaluate suppliers, focusing on tendering, contract negotiation, product design, installation process, and performance assessment to ensure projects are delivered effectively
- Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients to ensure service enhancement
- Evaluate market trends to identify potential efficiencies and areas for improvement
- Significant experience in managing full-cycle project from pre-sales to installation to T&C while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 6 years of industry experience, preferably in the MEP, electronics and building automation sectors
- Solid grasp of market dynamics
- Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
