Technical Service Engineer (North/Central/South Region)

Job type: Full-time

Office Location: New Taipei/Taichung/Kaohsiung

Job Description:

1.Perform maintenance and repairs on product equipment and record maintenance logs.

2.Calibrate instruments and adjust measurements to correct deviations.

3.Repair and inspect malfunctioning parts of instruments.

4.Install instruments, assemble components, and ensure proper operation.

5.Prepare and maintain maintenance and repair records for future reference in case of equipment failure.

6.Provide feedback on recurring equipment issues and customer suggestions to support future equipment development or purchasing decisions.

7.In addition to regular equipment maintenance, servicing, and repairs, proactively prevent potential issues.

8.Handle customer complaints and collaborate effectively with team members.

9.Participate in domestic and international product training programs.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor's degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Medical Technology and Laboratory Science, Information Engineering.

2.Basic proficiency in English or Japanese.
