Job Description
- Drive technical sales initiatives by applying in-depth product and domain knowledge to customer needs
- Manage and execute complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies, processes, and technical requirements
- Support and influence customer solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve operational performance
- Provide guidance to team members and support capability development across the team
- Analyze market trends, competition, and differentiators to strengthen positioning and sales strategies
- Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and service delivery models
- Lead problem-solving efforts for complex issues, applying independent judgment and analytical thinking
- Support project execution and customer engagements with minimal supervision
- Contribute to team performance through mentoring, prioritization, and coordination
The Successful Applicant
- Has experience working with non-T semiconductor clients and possesses strong customer connections; background in material suppliers is a plus
- Strong experience in technical sales, business development, or solution-oriented roles
- Deep understanding of technical products, processes, and customer requirements in a specialized domain
- Ability to handle complex tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
- Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Demonstrated ability to guide or mentor team members
