Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Renewal Teams to deliver technical pre-sales support and address the needs and
challenges of Commercial Customers through technical discussion.
- Conduct customer remote product demonstrations and customer presentations to highlight and
showcase solution value.
- Provide proactive technical support by analyzing customer environments and providing actionable
Insights To Identify Sales Opportunities. This Includes
- Monitoring and partnering with customers to ensure effective utilization and consumption as well as identifying upsell potential;
- Suggesting appropriate upsell/cross sell solutions; and
- Promoting product adoption and increasing customer utilization rates.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver technical updates sessions to relevant stakeholders (e.g Renewal Sales Team, Partners, etc.)
- Provide initial post-sales follow-up on solution adoption and utilization, as guided by the team.
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
- Minimum 1-5 year of relevant experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
- Technical Skills Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, or security
- Proficient in at least one of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, SIEM, and/or SOC/endpoints.
- Prior experience with Palo Alto Networks Technologies is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical pre-sales, or technical consulting
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations, conduct technical discovery sessions, and assist in proposal or solutioning processes.
- Demonstrate ability to partner with customer support functions to ensure successful problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
- Preferred (bonus): CISSP, OSCP, GIAC, or other industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
