Molex is seeking a Technical SalesEngineerwith mechanical design experience in server or switch products to support key customers in Taiwan. You will join a highly professional and visible team dedicated to delivering advanced Datacom and Datacenter solutions.

What You Will Do
- Provide on‑site technical support to drive design‑win opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate interconnection solutions, including new part qualifications and failure analysis.
- Deliver optimized connector solutions and customized proposals that align with customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical application issues to ensure successful integration.
- Support customer qualification processes by clarifying specifications and identifying differences between customer and Molex requirements.
- Maintain close communication with key customers and provide VOC to internal product marketing and design teams.
- Track market trends and support new product development and technology promotion activities.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies to enhance mechanical application support capabilities.
- Conduct competitive market analysis.
- Share customer insights with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customer engineering teams.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in server or switch products.
- Strong English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

- Experience with connector or cable assembly applications.
- Knowledge of server or switch hardware architecture.
- Proficiency with 3D mechanical design tools (UG preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and adaptability.
- Self‑driven, well‑organized, and capable of working independently.
- Strong professional skills and a collaborative team spirit.
