Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting across assigned roles, ensuring delivery within targeted lead times.
Execute recruitment activities in strict adherence to company talent acquisition systems, policies, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting processes are aligned, efficient, and fully compliant.
Drive multiple requisitions in parallel while maintaining speed, quality of hire, and process rigor.
Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to enable objective, data‑based hiring decisions.
Monitor and analyze recruiting progress and outcomes, leveraging data to identify risks, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Partner with HR and business teams to plan and deliver campus hiring initiatives, career fairs, and interview events.
Strengthen KLA's employer brand through targeted campus outreach, recruiting events, and digital engagement initiatives.

Proven experience managing high‑volume recruiting in complex or technical environments.
Strong stakeholder partnership skills with a consultative and effective communication style.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable hiring decisions.
Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic hiring environments with competing priorities.
Passion for continuous process improvement, exceptional candidate experience, and employer branding.
