What You'll Drive

• Lead the Application Engineering team

• Discuss measurement needs directly with research institutions, universities, and technology customers

• Build application solutions, demos, and validation methods

• Translate customer needs into actionable internal product requirements

• Support key-customer technical proposals and solution selling

• Build application notes, case studies, and training materials

• Partner with the Product Director to identify next-generation product opportunities

What You'll Bring

A strong technical background in photonics, physics, materials science, electronics, or semiconductors. What matters most is your ability to understand a customer's problem, ask the right question, and lead a team to the answer.
