Technical Project Delivery Manager (Mid-Level)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience managing end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders across onsite and offshore teams.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in IT, with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Delivery Manager within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong exposure to banking technology projects and project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with MAS-regulated trading applications such as NinjaTrader, Moomoo, Tiger Brokers, or similar trading platforms.
- Experience delivering Trading API integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience managing and coordinating onsite and offshore technology teams.
- Techno-functional expertise with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital markets, brokerage, or trading systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is an advantage.
