We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. Our Product Management team plays a vital role in transforming ideas into innovative products that address the needs of internal users and stakeholders, elevating the overall user experience. You will drive the development and implementation of critical technical products that enhance our platform's capabilities and help teams work more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across a single product line.
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, across phases such as ideation, development, and post-launch optimization.
- Review code and technical deliverables to ensure alignment with product requirements, quality standards, and overall product vision
- Conduct in-depth research and stakeholder analysis to identify opportunities for technical and product innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and improve technical solutions.
- Help prioritize features and manage the backlog with oversight from senior managers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and iterative improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
