What You'll Be Doing

- Build, manage, and execute comprehensive long‑term programs, including timelines, resource allocation, and progress milestones

- Work with engineers across multiple teams to ensure alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals

- Facilitate collaboration among team leaders to ensure accountability on tasks and deadlines

- Anticipate and manage risks in a constantly changing environment through proper prioritization

- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and co‑create mitigation strategies

What We Need to See

- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware program management

- Strong program management skills with familiarity in project management methodologies and tools

- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and initiatives

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal skills to lead effectively across cultures and geographies
