About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale data platform modernization and migration initiatives. The role will serve as the strategic orchestrator of the discovery and planning phases, driving stakeholder alignment, migration roadmap definition, risk management, and execution planning across SAP HANA and Snowflake ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud migration programs, Agile delivery, and enterprise data warehouse transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and assessment phase for SAP HANA to Snowflake migration initiatives.
• Define migration frameworks, governance models, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop phased migration roadmaps, resource plans, and project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with legacy-to-cloud data warehouse transformations.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely execution of migration milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress, budget, scope, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful migration planning and execution.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates, project reporting, and executive-level communications.
