Job Description

Technical Product Owner+Healthcare

Role: Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (SG27/E3)

Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Bengaluru / Chennai

Core Responsibilities

  • Own product backlog, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Convert business requirements into user stories, features, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with business, engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive product releases, demos, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop deep understanding of business workflows, user journeys, data, and system behavior.
  • Ensure Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Technical Product Management/Product Ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Agile methodologies
  • Backlog refinement and grooming
  • Sprint planning and execution
  • Rally tool
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and features.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of:
  • System architecture
  • APIs and integrations
  • Data flows
  • Enterprise applications and workflows
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

  • Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain knowledge.
  • Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, MVP, and product launches.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, rebates, and healthcare business processes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Target Profile

Technical Product Owner/Product Manager with strong Agile and Rally experience, capable of managing backlog, driving roadmap execution, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into deliverable user stories. Healthcare/PBM domain experience is highly desirable.
