Job Description
- Lead and develop technical operations teams within a 24/7 mission-critical environment
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong team culture, accountability, and performance management processes
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance, operational readiness, and risk mitigation activities
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support business objectives and operational standards
- Manage incident escalation, root cause investigations, and corrective action plans
- Support hiring, coaching, succession planning, and talent development efforts
- Travel across multiple operational sites when required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or operational teams
- Strong background in infrastructure operations, data centers, critical facilities, telecommunications, manufacturing operations, or other mission-critical environments
- Experience managing team performance, employee development, and operational processes
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
- Strong problem-solving and incident management capabilities
- Comfortable working in environments requiring 24/7 operational support and escalation management
- Effective English communication skills for interactions with international stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale enterprises, cloud environments, hyperscalers, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure industries is highly preferred
