Provide immediate support to assist teachers and students in resolving computer usage issues
Provide technical support to assist teachers and students in computer lessons and IT learning activities
Regularly update anti-virus software and scan servers and computers
Regularly back up server data
Regularly review or improve campus IT equipment plans and evaluate campus network security plans
Regularly check printer ink levels and place orders
Regularly inspect school's IT equipment to ensure proper operation
Handle hardware maintenance matters, including contacting repair services and keeping receipts
Test and prepare hardware devices and computer equipment before loaning out
Assist in producing multimedia teaching materials, including audio assessments and updating electronic screen content and information
Assist in setting up and updating student data and general operations of CLOUDSAMS and CDS
Assist in updating and maintaining school websites and various school-based online platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Raz Kids, etc.)
Publish school updates on campus integrated platforms (e.g., eClass) and school websites
Assist in implementing and supporting IT teaching, mobile learning, and STREAM teaching, including distributing mobile learning devices and regularly charging and updating software
Broadcast campus TV programmes and assist in programme production
Purchase required hardware, source software/hardware suppliers, and prepare tender/quotations according to school requirements
Take photos and videos of school activities and store them on servers
Collaborate with the IT Coordinator to assist staff in resolving hardware and software issues
Complete any tasks assigned by the school
Technical Requirements:
Typing speed: Chinese ≥20 characters per minute English ≥30 characters per minute
Familiar with Windows Server operation, configuration, and management
Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for daily management, account setup, permissions, and email/cloud support
Basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress to update and maintain school websites, intranet, and e-notice systems
Higher Diploma in IT or above (or equivalent) - academic proof must be provided with the bid
Network support and WAN/LAN network maintenance and management capabilities
Familiar with basic Linux platform operations and management (server setup, system checks, troubleshooting)
Experience with eClass campus management system platform (account management, classroom support, e-notices, data maintenance)
Experience with MDM systems (managing iPads, Android devices, app distribution, policies, device monitoring, remote support)
Knowledge of communication protocols, including TCP/IP
Hardware repair and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with AV and multimedia equipment (electronic whiteboards, projectors, recording equipment, audio systems)
Basic network security awareness
Good written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent Cantonese
School environment support experience is preferred
Working Hours:
44 hours per week (default working days/schedule not specified in detail)
