What you'll do:
- Identify and support exploration of business opportunities in digitization and AI and assist in proposing suitable AI and digital solutions. Participate in technical discussions with guidance from other team members.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP
- Prepare and coordinate project documentation and proposals, including Statement of Work (SOW), functional and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers and operators teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the planning and execution of AI and digital project deliverables. Assist in monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues to ensure alignment with business objectives. Contribute to agile team activities to deliver quality outputs.
- Participate in project implementation activities for AI and digital initiatives with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, including mobile app development, application systems, cloud solutions, and consultancy projects.
- Provide support on technical aspects of solutions, including assisting in product and solution briefings, proposal preparation, bid responses, proof-of-concept development, demos, and coordination of technical resources.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in IT project management, digital transformation, or technology integration.
- Practical hands-on experience in modern software development, with working knowledge of mainstream programming and scripting technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Node.js, React.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, including Generative-AI tools for prototyping, code generation, workflow automation, or rapid solution iterations candidates who can demonstrate effective and responsible application of these tools in day-to-day work will be preferred.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), system implementation methodology, and project governance practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and exposure to Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience in pre-sales, consultancy, or system integration environments would be an advantage, especially in supporting proposals, client discussions, demonstrations, or solution presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and adapt to changing business and project priorities.
- Good understanding of AI and digitalisation trends, with hands-on experience applying technology solutions to improve business processes or operational efficiency.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred.
- Professional certifications such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud entry-level certifications, PMP, or PSM would be an advantage.
