Position: Water & Wastewater Technical Manager (Permanent)
Job Description:
World Technologies, as expert in the Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants Design, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning and Operation, is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Sales and Marketing Person, the incumbent will be responsible for overall Marketing planning, business development and Preparation of Technical Proposals based on client requirement for Water and Waste Water related Product and Services.
- Our projects bring innovative solutions to our client's water/ wastewater challenges where you will be a self-motivated professional with successful Technical Sales and Marketing experience within Water and Waste Water treatment Sector to grow World Technologies business as professionally.
- Help develop and provide high quality, safety focused and leading-edge sustainable Marketing strategies to catch industrial and municipal needs for Water and Waste water related projects.
- Source multiple small to mid-sized consulting, design or design build projects for industrial clients, workout Technical Process, Costing and manage overall installation and commissioning of Plants
- Chalk out a firm Marketing plan based on different type of industries and requirement and approach them with customized solutions
- Act as lead in region for all capital projects from submittals through Design, Engineer, installation commissioning & acceptance for our clients within Pharma, Oil & Gas, Semi-Conductors, Data Centers, Food & Breweries etc.
- Work within region to meet with all potential customers to demonstrate World Technologies in Water, Wastewater and Waste to Energy Fields
- The candidate must have good industrial product manufacturing process understanding including Sugar, Petro Chemical, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Food and Breweries, Semi Conductor and should able to propose Water and Waste Water Related Treatment Techno
- The successful candidate must have technical understanding of Water and Wastewater Treatment technologies which should not be limited to, and should be able to workout equipment sizing, product selection and process finalization with costing.
- Raw Water Treatment technologies e.g Softener Plant, Demin Plant, Activated Carbon Filter, Multi Media Filter, RO and UF, Membrane based Treatment Technologies & Resin Based Treatment Technologies
- Anaerobic Hybrid Digesters, UASB Digesters, CST Reactors, Anaerobic Membrane Bio Reactors (AMBR) Systems, Sludge Digesters, Activated Sludge Treatment Process, Extended Aeration Treatment systems, Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR), Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR)
- Ensure the best technical and business solutions for our client are incorporated in the design, Proposal and Installation.
- Perform support services, which include idea generation, permitting and compliance, selection, and implementation of water wastewater treatment technology specific to our client's needs.
- Workout technical proposals, costing and bid document based in client needs and requirement for client development activities, leader for client technical meetings with client and customers
- Marketing to ensure all details are called out and addressed and what if any further communication will be necessary to clarify any outstanding or open questions.
- Develops daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to management to develop and build project Pipeline and work closely with Process and Proposal team to develop suitable system for all relevant clients
Desired Skills:
- A minimum of 5 -10 years experience into water, wastewater services and renewable energy generation
- Candidate should have depth knowledge of Water / Wastewater and waste to energy solution within industry
- Candidate must understand all Water and Wastewater Treatment processes (Pre-Treatment, Membrane Based Treatment Systems, Resin Based Treatment Systems, Aerobic / Anaerobic Biological Treatment Systems)
- Candidate should have good understanding of Water and Wastewater contents (COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, PH) and must understand different solution to treat these water contents
- Candidate must have dept knowledge of Govt Water discharge standards
- A good knowledge about different equipments within Water and Wastewater Treatment Technologies
- Good communication and documentation writing skills
- Good command on Microsoft office and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Should be able work under pressure in challenging environment
- Must be a team player and dynamic professional
