About the Company

Eurofins Biopharma Taiwan is seeking a Technical Manager / Senior Scientist / Scientist to join our Technical & Scientific Consulting Team. This role is responsible for integrating scientific expertise, client needs, and project execution to support drug discovery and preclinical research projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with global biotech and pharmaceutical clients, Study Directors, scientific teams, and cross-functional partners to contribute to study design, technical consultation, project planning, and client communication. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality research solutions with strong scientific value. This opportunity is suitable for professionals who would like to expand from research execution into scientific consulting, project coordination, and client-facing project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal scientific teams to understand research needs, provide scientific consultation, and support study design discussions.
• Contribute to proposal development, technical feasibility assessment, and customized research solution design.
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution, track study progress, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, international video conferences, and scientific presentations.
• Conduct literature reviews, integrate scientific information, and support innovative research strategy and experimental design planning.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in drug development, biotech/pharmaceutical R&D, CRO services, or related research fields.
• Familiarity with drug discovery or preclinical development workflows.
• Strong English communication skills for international client meetings and technical discussions.
• Experience in scientific presentation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and problem-solving capability.

Required Skills

• Experience in scientific consulting, technical consulting, or client-facing scientific roles.
• Experience in proposal development or project management.
• Background in CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry environments.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
