Technical Expert

Responsibilities:

1. Production to meet quality and volume targets while maximizing machine efficiency.
2. Inspect parts to spec, maintain control sheets, and execute corrective actions.
3. Minimize rejects, optimize output, and manage material/spare part usage.
4. Support work instructions, process flows, and standard time tracking.
5. Ensure machinery is in good condition and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
6. Enforce safety protocols, maintain discipline, and escalate production risks to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 5+ years experiences in machine control.
3. Working in oil-related environments.
4. Reading technical drawings and mechanical/machine troubleshooting.
