Job Duties
This role reports to Taiwan Technical Manager and plays critical for for covering local technical service in assigned areas. The job duties will include but may not be limited to:
- According to rules to provide with technical services such as equipment installation, testing and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Technical Manager dealing with issues of product complaint.
- Be responsible for spare parts inventory management
- Be responsible for providing technical training to client & user.
- Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands.
- Able to work at non-office hour and travel domestically
Ideal Candidate Is Expected To Satisfy The Following Requirement
Education
- College's degree in relevant discipline or above.
Experience
- At least 3 years relevant working experience of maintenance.
- Relevant working experience and IT knowledge will be in advantage.
Specific Knowledge /skills/ Physical Condition
- Excellent customer service ethics and technical service orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Intermediate of English, both in reading and speaking.
- Can work under limited supervision with independance.
- Opennes and learning agility for rapidly catching up with new product knowledge and latest technology for assuring service quality.
- Good command of office software and relevant operational system.
- Can physically work in the envoronment which may require lifting heavy product, standing up, and walking upon providing technical service to customers.
