Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
1/ Drive SFS products intensity in AT/AP RD and HVM:
(1) Drive technical projects with critical users.
(2) Block competition by well technical understanding of user's demand.
(3) Proactively identify threats and opportunities and plan accordingly.
(4) Flexible to travel to all tsmc HVM fabs ( 50% travel time).
(5) Deep understanding of SFS technology and uniqueness to influence critical users decision.
2/ Well collaboration across teams:
(1) Technical + Business justification for product strategy including NGP and new features with SFS Division.
(2) Customer engagement and project planning with Account team.
(3) Application use cases development and resource arrangement with Division and local application engineers.
(4) Collaboration with service team, tech-support team and Division for issue fixes and workarounds.
(5) Well align TC meeting topics with users: projects, issues and value messages.
3/ Coach the application team to grow:
(1) Deep understanding of KLA value, SFS value to guide application engineers on the correct path.
(2) Plant passion and motivation inside application engineers for self-driving to be better and better.
(3) Manage team conflict, able to achieve team's success under customer high pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
1/ Flexible to travel to all tsmc HVM fabs ( 50% travel time).
2/ Strong background in wafer process flow and and process control knowledge.
3/ 5 years IC/Fab experience with KLA tool knowledge (SFS is preferred defect/inspection is also considered).
4/ Good Mandarin/English interpersonal skills.
5/ B.A./M.S. in an engineering/science-based field.
6/ Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
7/ Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
8/ Able to work under stress, full of energy to own the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
9/ Excellence in leadership and execution.
10/ Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
