Your Role
- Oversee new metrology and inspection projects for semiconductor packaging customers in Taiwan.
- Facilitate regular technical review meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment with our clients.
- Maintain daily communication with our European headquarters, local engineering teams, and customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Taiwan customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Who You Are
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with metrology and inspection equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies and mass production processes.
- Proven track record in managing metrology and inspection equipment projects.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Strong coordination abilities among headquarters, customers, and local teams.
- Willingness to travel globally to support regional initiatives.
