Molex is seeking a Technique Assistant to join our Optical Solution Business Unit (OSBU).
The Technical Assistant is expected to support the R&D department in ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and projects. Contribute to the efficiency and success of R&D activities by providing reliable administrative and technical support.

What You Will Do
- Assist to apply Part Number / BOM / Engineering Change order and relative process in Agile and ERP system to support RD request.
- Assist in applying purchase requisitions, payment requests, goods receipts, and acceptance reports in ERP and Coupa.
- Assist the R&D department in preparing materials and packaging with proper labeling for delivery.
- Responsible for managing the laboratory as well as 10K cleanroom garments and consumables.
- Assist the R&D with travel expense reimbursement in ERP.
- Collect monthly engineers working hours statistics from the EPM report.
- Coordinate application and logistical arrangements for Mainland Chinese visitors to Taiwan.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and airport transfer arrangements and organizing meal plans for visitors.
- Assist in executing assignments and responsibilities delegated by management.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple departments.
