Technical Analyst (Java)

. Support the implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting system components when required.

. Participate in feature implementation, enhancements, defect fixes, testing activities, and code reviews where applicable.

. Collaborate with development teams to understand system behavior, identify technical dependencies, and support solution implementation.

. Investigate application issues by tracing requests across multiple microservices and system components.

. Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues.

. Analyze logs, APIs, messaging flows, and database interactions to identify problems.

. Provide technical recommendations for issue resolution and system improvements.

. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system flows, APIs, integration documents, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.

. Review business requirements and proactively identify ambiguities, missing information, dependencies, and technical risks.

. Work closely with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements.

. Participate in solution discussions and impact assessments.

Required Skills

. Good programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.

. Experience developing enterprise applications.

. Good understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

. Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

. Experience working with REST APIs and service integrations.

. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

. Ability to understand complex application architectures and system interactions.

. Experience analyzing logs and tracing end-to-end system flows.

. Good technical writing and documentation skills.

. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

. Familiarity with Solace, Kafka, or other messaging platforms.

. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
