As a
Technical Account Manager, you will be the main technical point of contact for a portfolio of RTB House clients. You will ensure campaigns are set up correctly, monitored daily, and optimized for maximum performance. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide timely solutions to performance-related challenges. You will work closely with account managers and internal technical teams to deliver high standards of service and help clients achieve their campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
Proactive Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and key performance metrics daily, and more frequently as needed;
- Identify underperformance early and propose timely optimization solutions;
- Implement technical or operational changes promptly to resolve performance issues.
Campaign Setup & Launch
- Plan and execute campaign setups according to client objectives;
- Verify tracking code implementation and troubleshoot tagging or feed issues;
- Oversee the creation of advertising materials and ensure technical readiness before launch.
Technical Troubleshooting & Integration
- Investigate and resolve technical issues such as discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher/host performance, and tag drop-offs;
- Manage integrations between RTB House systems and client e-commerce platforms;
- Provide rapid, solution-focused responses to performance-impacting incidents.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and HQ technical support to maintain high service standards;
- Participate in meetings to align technical strategy with campaign goals;
- Handle requests via the ticketing system (e.g., Jira) promptly, in line with SLA timelines;
- Contribute to process improvements, internal knowledge sharing, and the development of TAM best practices.

Technical Skills
- Proven experience with HTML, JavaScript, REGEX, URL structures, or relevant web development skills;
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, browser developer consoles);
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for report generation and data analysis;
- Advantageous skills: Working knowledge of GTM, Google Analytics, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.);
- Familiarity with cookies and tracking concepts is a plus.
Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of common digital advertising metrics and abbreviations, such as ROI, CPC, CPM, SSP, DSP;
- Awareness of the distinctions between performance-driven and branding-focused campaigns.
