This role reports to Sr. Technical Account Manager. You will work collaboratively with internal cross functional team and key external clients across Innovatoin, Development and Manufactouring
Your Mission
- Supervising project development from initial tech pack to successful commercialization
- Championing customer needs by driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, high-impact product solutions
- Regularly monitoring customer feedback to identify improvements/ investment areas, enhance product and service quality
- Building and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, contribute to sustained business growth
- Ability to travel internationally
Your Talent
- 5years+ experience of managing product developemtn in Footwear industry
- Knowledge/experience with injection molding processing and tooling is preferred.
- Proactive planning, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of the client&aposs business goals and challenges
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
