Technica Service Manager

Job description

We are now seeking Engineering Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Steer full-cycle E&M projects - from design and procurement through to contract management, testing & commissioning etc.
• Drive root-cause analysis on equipment failures and execute corrective design changes
• Conduct technical audits and reviews to drive continuous O&M improvements.
• Develop training and assessments to ensure staff competency, compliance, and quality workmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years within heavy industries
• Proven track record in compliance of regulatory submission and documentation
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
