Job Description
- Define and drive overall SoC production test strategy from early samples to mass production
- Develop, implement, and maintain ATE test programs for complex mixed-signal SoCs
- Collaborate closely with design, DFT, and product engineering teams to maximize test coverage and quality
- Lead silicon and ATE bring-up, including bench correlation and root-cause debug
- Optimize test patterns, tester resources, and test time without compromising product quality
- Support OSATs during test program deployment and high-volume manufacturing ramp
- Contribute to high-speed SerDes testing (16Gbps and above) and interface validation
- Influence load board design and high-speed signal integrity considerations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience releasing complex SoC products into high-volume production
- Strong hands-on background with mixed-signal ATE test development
- Solid understanding of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, NVMe, USB
- Deep knowledge of DFT methodologies including scan, memory BIST, SerDes, and functional test
- Experience with Advantest 93k ATE platforms or other related platform
- Proficient in control interfaces (I2C, I3C, SPI, MDIO, JTAG)
- Comfortable programming in C/C++ or Python
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional and multicultural environments
