Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Angular, .NET Core, and Azure to lead end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment. The candidate will drive architecture decisions, lead a development team, and ensure high-quality delivery in a cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end solutioning and translate business requirements into technical designs
- Design and implement microservices architecture and scalable APIs
- Develop and guide teams in .NET Core (6/7) Web APIs and Angular (v13+) applications
- Work on Azure cloud services including Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL
- Integrate and implement Azure OpenAI features (prompt engineering, RAG, APIs)
- Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Optimize application performance and manage technical debt
Mandatory Skills- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v13+), RxJS, state management (NgRx)
- Expertise in Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, App Insights, Azure SQL)
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD authentication
- Knowledge of API Gateway, resiliency patterns, distributed systems
- Hands-on with Azure OpenAI / AI integrations (preferred)
Good to Have- Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Exposure to performance tuning & caching strategies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
