Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 10 years plus experience in business development, sales marketing, client relations preferably with team management or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving team objectives and driving results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
