We are seeking a seasoned Team Manager to support & develop our professional dynamic team in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, team growth management and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage talent development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 10 years plus experience in business development, sales marketing, client relations preferably with team management or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving team objectives and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
