Summary

What you will do:

  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
  • Create a memorable dining experience to customers
  • Assist the Manager to ensure a seamless operation
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
  • Strive to constantly satisfy customers needs and delight the customers

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage
  • Good communication skills and language skills
  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
