Job Description

  • Maintain pantry, keeping tidy and well organized.
  • Maintain conference rooms in acceptable condition by cleaning before and after meetings.
  • Replenish pantry supplies.
  • Take orders for and serve beverages to clients and visitors.
  • Organize food and beverage for conference calls and internal meetings.
  • Perform regular sweeps of the floors for copy, fax and mail or on demand as needed.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
