Tax Manager- US

you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with the broader finance organization to ensure tax transactions and changes in tax legislation are accurately documented and accounted for under local tax guidelines for each entity 
• Supporting the US team through preparation of workpapers to support the Annual and quarterly US and other North America region income tax provision
• Preparing federal, state and local income tax workpapers and review income tax returns prepared from external tax advisors
• Preparing and/or reviewing of indirect tax workpapers and tax forms

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Charted Accountant with minimum of 7 to 9 years of related experience with a combination of public accounting and industry experience
• Extensive knowledge in handling the income tax and indirect tax for North America region (including US GAAP accounting for income taxes); familiarity with international tax is preferred
