Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive strategic and volume hiring initiatives across Taiwan. This role goes beyond staffingit's about shaping talent strategy, executing workforce plans, and delivering measurable impact in a dynamic, global environment.

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • Lead End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own the full candidate journeyfrom intake meetings and sourcing to offers and onboardingwhile mentoring recruiters and coordinating hiring activities across teams.
  • Volume Hiring & Workforce Planning: Design and execute large-scale hiring plans aligned with business growth, ensuring timely delivery of talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Strategic Hiring in Various Roles: Partner with business leaders to identify and secure key talent across all levels, including niche and critical positions that drive organizational success.
  • Fundamental TA Operations: Manage sourcing channels, build and nurture candidate pipelines, and oversee seamless offer and onboarding processes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to forecast hiring needs, track recruitment metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Regional Impact: Take accountability for Taiwan's hiring operations, resolving complex challenges in a multi-matrix organization while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead projects to elevate candidate experience, streamline selection processes, and optimize Workday workflows.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with HRBPs, C&B, L&D, PR, and HQ TA teams on campus programs, employer branding, and talent campaigns to attract top-tier talent.

What We're Looking For


  • Proven Expertise: 15 years in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced, global environments, with experience in volume hiring and strategic workforce planning.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results in complex organizational structures.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data, Workday, and AI technology to solve business challenges and improve talent strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Vision: Experience in university relations, talent branding, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Preferred: HRBP or leadership experience in global teams.

Minimum Qualifications


Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
