- Regional Impact: Take accountability for Taiwan's hiring operations, resolving complex challenges in a multi-matrix organization while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Drive Innovation: Lead projects to elevate candidate experience, streamline selection processes, and optimize Workday workflows.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with HRBPs, C&B, L&D, PR, and HQ TA teams on campus programs, employer branding, and talent campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Expertise: 15 years in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced, global environments, with experience in volume hiring and strategic workforce planning.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results in complex organizational structures.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data, Workday, and AI technology to solve business challenges and improve talent strategies.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision: Experience in university relations, talent branding, and long-term workforce planning.
- Preferred: HRBP or leadership experience in global teams.
