Proactively source and identify top talent for open positions using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and assess candidates resumes and qualifications to match job requirements.
Engage with potential candidates, initiating conversations and generating interest in job opportunities.
Serve as liaison between candidate, hiring manager, and compensation team on salary proposal, play an active role in salary negotiations.
Manage multiple and cross-functional requisitions.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes.
Assist in employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing efforts.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
5 years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
Strong English communication skills, Native/Fluent.
Able to work onsite in Zhonghe early shift 7am-4pm to accommodate US hours.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
