An Organization & Development Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to cultivate a thriving talent culture. This role is pivotal in aligning Organization Development (OD) initiatives with the organization's overarching business objectives. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and deep expertise in OD knowledge and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Talent Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management plan, encompassing talent review, succession planning, performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs. Ensure all talent initiatives are aligned with business goals and proactively forecast future talent needs.
Performance Management: Design and implement the enterprise-wide performance review process, including goal setting, continuous feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans. Maintain a fair and consistent approach to employee performance evaluation.
Succession Planning: Identify key organizational roles and high-potential employees to build a robust succession pipeline. Create targeted development plans to prepare future leaders and ensure business continuity.
Leadership Development: Design, implement, and manage impactful leadership development programs, such as training workshops, mentorship programs, and executive coaching.
Employee Upskilling/Reskilling: Lead projects focused on maximizing internal learning and development resources to support continuous employee career growth within BizLink.
Learning Management System (LMS) Management & Data Analytics: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and strategic use of the Learning Management System (LMS). Leverage LMS data analytics to monitor key metrics, deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 12 years focused on Learning & Development and Talent Development. Must include a minimum of 10 years in people manager roles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certifications in talent assessment (e.g., Hogan, 360-degree feedback) are preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with advanced proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analysis tools.
Interpersonal: High emotional intelligence and the proven ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective and clearly connect talent initiatives to overall organizational success.
Others: Proficient English communication skills (both verbal and written), a collaborative team player, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
