Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will oversee recruitment strategies, manage relationships with current and prospective talent, and foster collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the model, understand her goals
- Coordiating the connection of strategy to reality - working with the frontend/ backend managers
- Reporting results to the models (from model portal) and revising strategy as needed
- Deploying and configuring templates to accomplish goals within agreed to timelines
- Working closely with Resource roles to keep client expectations in line (for ex photoshoots need 1 week's notice)
- Working closely with Fulfilment roles to make sure context is shared the first time and final work products move clients closer to there outcome goals
- Model Onboarding - Tech Stack setup
- Model Calls
- Daily Communication
- Model Photoshoot planning
- Co operation with Frontend/Backend Managers
- Purchase Equipment/ Props
- Model Feedbacking/ Checkup
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience in analyzing market trends and talent benchmarking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the digital marketing or creative industry is a plus
