We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives in Taiwan. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment while contributing to employer branding projects that enhance our talent attraction strategy.
This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong ownership, and are passionate about people and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including:
- Job posting and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events
Employer Branding (30%)
- Assist in executing employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
- Support content creation for social media, career pages, and campus engagement
- Help organize employer branding activities such as career fairs and internal events
- Conduct research on talent market trends and employer branding best practices
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
- Strong sense of commitment and ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred
