Job Description

What You'll Do / Responsibilities

1. Follow the company's talent acquisition process and ensure to find the fit candidates.

2. Utilize various recruitment channels to attract talents such as candidate engage, post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates competency.

4. Maintain a talent pipeline and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.

5. Support employer branding project execution.

6. Track recruitment data and optimize hiring processes.

Required Qualifications

1. 3 years of recruitment or related experience (experience in the manufacturing or technology industries is a plus).

2. Experienced in working in a headhunting firm is a plus.

3. Strong communication skills, familiarity with recruitment tools, and ability to analyze hiring data.

4. Proficient in English.
