▌Responsibilities
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding).
- Partner with Teams: Align closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth, professional interview experience.
- Welcome New Joinees: Plan and deliver engaging orientation programs for new hires.
- Build the Brand: Elevate our talent brand by planning and executing campus recruitment and hiring events.
- Intern Programs: Design, execute, and optimise our internship initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external recruitment vendors.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support dynamic HR projects as needed.
▌Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar field.
- Proven experience in hiring directly sourced experienced and intern candidates.
- Proven experience managing full-process technical recruiting.
- Experience in sourcing diverse candidates.
- Experience liaising with candidates and consulting on compensation packages.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to take initiative, influence, and build productive relationships.
▌Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce-related companies.
- Experience and high proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and HRIS software.
